I actually bought back to back Lego games. LOL. First was Lego Star Wars III: The Clone Wars for the PS3... which I thought was fun as heck; especially the ground battle based missions, in which you could ride the AT-TE... so cool. So I thought that one was the best.
But then I just bought Lego: Pirates of The Caribbean... and man... that one is really fun! I mean, you get stuck sometimes because there is absolutely no help for the puzzles, but the graphics are soooooooooooo good. The graphics; especially during the tropical settings with the beaches, and the palm trees and the water and stuff... simply gorgeous. I mostly bought both games to have something for my nephews to play when they come over, but damn... they are really fun. LOL.

Have played SW Lego II for PS2 and then the SW Lego Complete Saga for PS3.
Both great fun. SW III - Clone Wars I've hired out to have a go and it was entertaining though will wait till it drops in price before buying. |

Lego Batman is still my favorite. My boy has most of them (including rockband) All but poor Lego Harry Potter- he has no interest in that one at all.

My next Lego game was Lego SWIII for the PS3, so like... the graphical experience just blew me away... I couldn't believe how good everything looked. Plus, the new Jedi controls like force throw and all the new interactivity is so much more cool than the first two. I heard Lego Batman was like the most polarizing Lego game, like you either loved it or hated it... not too much in between. LOL. I wonder if all those that loved it were big Batman fans though. LOL. I think I saw Lego HP for like 10 dollars somewhere... at that price I would totally try it out (even though I heard it was the glitchiest of all Lego games, lol).

Lego Batman is the best. One of my favorite video games, Lego based or not.

I really enjoyed playing Lego Battles for the DS. If you are looking for a fun time consuming game, this is it. There is so much to do in this game and what really got me into it was the in game achievements. They take awhile to achieve but boy is it fun!

Hmmm... looks like the next Lego game for 2012 will be Lego Batman 2: DC Superheroes: LEGO Batman 2: Super Heroes Rumoured for 2012 Release - Xbox 360 News At Xbox360Achievements.org
I really want to play another Lego game, but I don't like HP (except for the movies), so I am gonna pass on the new Lego Harry Potter: Years 5-7. Never played the first Lego Batman, but am definitely interested in this rumored sequel.

Lego games are about the only new games I play anymore. I've got:
Star Wars complete saga Batman Indiana Jones 1 & 2 Harry potter 1 I love them all the same but I've found it much more beneficial to have a players guide with the game. Just so I can unlock stud magnets and score multipliers quicker as well as figuring out how to work some of the puzzles. |
