I collect the following:
-GI Joe -Transformers (though this is mostly new Generations stuff these days) -Masters of the Universe (Classics and vintage) -Star Wars I have a metric ton of SW stuff that I'm not sure I want anymore, but I'll probably keep it anyway. My main focus is GI Joe with occasional MOTU and TF purchases. |

I'm strictly a Joe collector, but would love to get back into MASK. I had several vehicles when I was a youngster and stupidly sold them at a yard sale one year. Maybe a part of me is just waiting for Hasbro to redo the line in 3.75".

Yeah, Spiral Zone was from the 80's, but it had nowhere NEAR the exposure GI Joe or Transformers had. Plus, if I remember right, the toys were kinda spendy and not really in scale with much else... but damn were they cool in my book The only time I go them as a kid was when they went on clearance
One of my first custom projects when I get back to it will be a 3 3/4" Overlord with the big circular cycle

Hasbro should redo this line. Mask was a very creative cartoon with some very cool toys.

I'd already have a Flagg and the HQs if I had the room, but Joe from 82-87 is my prime collection--occasional stuff from 88-2007.
I dabble in Star Wars, but only what I like--both vintage and newer stuff. I dabble in TF, but mostly just the Cassettes and players...maybe the dinosaurs, but I do plan on getting Jetfire and Devastator at some point again. Also thought about obtaining my old AD & D figures and creatures. I'd also thought about Robotech and voltron, but really--I just can't warrant it.

I loved Robotech, but there are just so many great modern jets I can't bring myself to purchase one of the ones from the 80's.

Some of these pictures are old and the displays have changed (or had a lot added to them )
Action Force (With a Dougram box) Transformers/Inhumanoids/Thundercats/Ninja Assassins (This is part of my "Skull Display") He-man (More of the Skull Display) Dougram Go-Bots and Voltron (This display has exploded since this pic was taken) Thundercats/Ninja Assassins/Advanced Dungeon & Dragons (This is an even older pic than the ones above) Battle Beasts (I think I forgot them on my list ) More Battle Beasts, Mego & micro D&D Garbage Pail Kids Pop-Up, Super Go-Bots, Dougram boxes....again) Rocklords Robotech Ghostbusters (This is actually the picture of the first day I got the Fireplace 5 or so years ago, I've since then added a lot of figures, ecto-1, etc...) |
