And tiny.
To be honest, call him anything but Hulkbuster, and its a cool design and I dig it. As Hulkbuster, its good for a laugh. Last edited by JohnnyAngel77; 02-28-2011 at 01:10 AM.. |

The $17.99 price point is a killer! I got myself War Machine last week because I missed him at Walmart. I'll be passing on the rest of the line until they drop it back to normal price.

TRU seems to realize that they basically have a monopoly on 6" figures at retail now. About 3/4s of Wal-Marts don't carry DCUC now (and I'm betting won't carry Marvel Legends when they relaunch), even if they still seem to be holding the line at $15 price-wise.
So far the Iron Man Legends have only been showing up at TRU. It's been the best place to find GLC Classics series 1, as well. It seems to me TRU is price gouging because they know they're basically the only game in town for these, unless you happen to be lucky enough to live near one of the Wal-Marts that hasn't clearanced out all their 6" figures. Still, give us a couple more years and I'll bet standard retail for a 6" figure will be the same as you pay for a MotUC figure, minus the shipping. And why not? Collectors have proven they'll pay it. |

^^^ This. TRU is the only place I have seen any GLC so far as well as the IM Legends line. And I can see 6" lines being $19.99 a pop eventually as well. Blah, toys are expensive.
