So random question to everyone. Just bought that Mandalorian AT-ST from bestbuy and I was wondering if there were any mods or tricks to help strengthen the joints in the legs to help it stand better. I have the basic VC version, and while it has these hex peg like leg joints that lock the legs in place, there's still a LOT of wiggle room which means the thing topples over unless the legs are standing directly up. Things get even worse with two figures in the cockpit.
Was hoping if anyone knew a quick, cheap and easy way to keep these....admittedly silly designed walking tanks...from constantly falling over outside of a static standing pose.

I found 2 x TVC Jedi Luke and was able to cancel my Hasbro Pulse “pre-order”.
I don’t understand Hasbro’s logic and probably never will. Mine has been showing an estimated December arrival and I find them at retail in October.

You don't understand the logic because your parameters are wrong. Folks are likely wrong in assuming Hasbro Pulse is a prime mover of product. Hasbro wants to make money by selling as much product as possible and that means supplying the biggest consumers first, which is Walmart and Target. Hasbro Pulse is more on par with BBTS in size and scope. They serve a niche customer base, thus their orders get filled after the major players are taken care of. I'm curious who will fill preorders first Pulse or BBTS?

I wouldn't call it a surplus outlet unless there was a history of Pulse canceling preorders for widely released figures due to lack of inventory. I'd say it's more analagous to MattyCollector, collector focused and designed to deliver SKU's that would not be viable in big box retail. The collector focus and online only availability limits the sales volume to probably to less than 25% than that of Walmart and Target. I'm curious what mechanism is in play that allows Pulse to sell out of preorders while stores like BBTS still have preorders open.

Hasbro stated in early Q&As that Hasbro Toy Shop was specifically set up to not be a competitor to their larger buyers so as to not step on any toes. I would imagine the same holds true for Pulse now. It wouldn't surprise me at all to find out that BBTS and EE even get preference over Pulse.
The only reason Pulse get exclusives is because everyone else passed on them first. |

More Walmart exclusives that are showing up in stores while the pre-orders have been delayed.

I hate the term "money grab." Anything for sale is by its very reason for being a money grab. We need to get rid of bullshit euphemisms. Besides, there's another way of looking at this: people wanted these figures, so Hasbro re-released them, but if they'd just dropped them as the same thing all over again, nerds would've pissed & moaned about it because that's what nerds do. About everything. All the goddamned time. It's basically a no-win situation for Hasbro, so might as well fuck those nerds and make some extra money. "Here are your precious fuckin toys. Only this time we're glazing 'em, charging more for 'em AND making them exclusive to a shitshow. Enjoy the hobby, you whiny pricks!"
