Star Wars 3 3/4" discussion thread

My book of boba Droid 4 pack showed up from Shop Disney.I really need to round up all my droids for a group photo. I know I have over 100, but I'm curious to know just how many droids I actually have.

My 1:1 scale talking C3PO head also showed up. The box is all beat to shit and the tape doesn't look sealed. Almost looks like it had been opened. Fingers crossed it looks good and works proper when I get it out of the box. Come on Disney, do better.

Is it 1:1 scale?

I built an R2-D2 and am wondering if I should get the head to display beside it.

Yes 1:1 scale. (Though I've heard it's just a hair under 1:1 scale. Close enough for government work I suppose) It sold out pretty quick on Shop Disney, so now the only way to get it is either directly at the park, or ebay. I'll post a photo once I get it opened. What's cool, is it can be displayed as classic C3PO, OR, phantom Menace style with the innards showing. Also, there's 2 settings for the eyes, yellow or red. And he supposedly says something like 36! Phrases.

But with the inflated prices of star wars figures these days, these droids were a bargain at an average price of $11/ each.

yeah i figure these are modified from the disney park droid factory bodies. i wish i made more of them when they were available and i had the annual pass.

Amazon has some previously sold out vintage collection preorders back up again. Obi-Wan, Crosshair,etc. $16.99/each.
