im point out that mandalorian is the show that's releasing every week and for some reason they're releasing toys from a show that was last year and not mandalorian.

Nah, it's totally Disney's secrecy. Hasbro even confirmed it before.

It takes roughly 2 years to design and make the figures if I recall. If you learn about what Luke looks like in TFA the day you see him in the movie, then it's not going to be a figure in a store for a couple of years.

Grogu was at least easy enough to get cheap products out quickly.
