Yeah 100% on the soft goods cape, I’m not sure about a second plastic cape. Going off the Haslab pictures (final product could always be a bit different), the Haslab Mando is completely clean armor. Meanwhile, the Walmart Mando looks like he just got done fighting the Mud Horn.
