Yeah, I feel you. Personally I'm doing my own cheapo version, with either a POTF2 cardboard palace (lol, those words together, cardboard palace...) or maybe a 6" Jabba surrounded by smaller, 3.75 figures. Not a barge by a long shot, but an affordable display that'll scratch some of the same itch.

Plano is worse. They have NOTHING! This is Oswego which probably has half of what should be at the Plano store.

Found some 3 3/4" black series Force Awakens at a Wal-Mart for two-fitty each. I bought them. Someday they might be worth $2.75...it may be years off.
Not A TVC figure in the whole store. All this "Wal-Marts everwhere are overstocked with whatever"...yeah, well, the ones here stink. Actually, there was another up the road I should've checked. I mean absurdly close to each other, like two miles. I did see the Kessel playset. I didn't scan it. Maybe it was free or something. Last edited by Sean_C; 01-06-2019 at 01:37 AM.. |

Using the Jabba from 2012 TBS Rancor set. Still need a few figs but I have almost all of the super articulated ones. Ree Yees and Brock Starsher and Bane Malar are some of my favs! |

This year or any other. Those clogged pegs remind me when TBS 3.75 got frozen with Jyn/Cassian/fynn.

One day I plan on renovating my home, probably after I get this mortgage knocked off. 8 1/3 more years! Then I'll have a huge opening party and look forward to setting up all of my toys in Detolf glass cabinets like all of you folks have. I'm pretty jealous of those displays.

Does anyone here happen to have the figure of Val from the Solo basic line? I saw it at Walmart and the sculpt looked very nice, and I might get one for a custom except I'm always leery of Star Wars female figs having pea-sized heads. I'd like to know if it's a decent size compared to Joes/Marauders/Boss Fight etc.
