This one goes out to all you Bot-Heads out there!
Which Transformer Character releases would you say are in scale to our modern Joe line? The only one that comes to mind at the moment is The Masterpiece Optimus Prime from a couple years back.....what others? Do you think the new masterpiece Grimlock is close? Let's compile a list so that I can track them all down : )

I know TF Animated Prowl is pretty close to Joe-scale.
Check it out http://www.hisstank.com/forum/g-i-jo...ted-prowl.html |

Masterpiece Prime is not close to joe scale. IIRC it's slightly smaller scale than the Alternators (However, not smaller than them physically) and the Alternators were definately too small for Joes
Animated Oil Slick is close to Joe Scale: The new Brimstone figure is a little small but kinda works for Joes: |

Anyways, I think the scout class Transformers are the closest to scale with GI Joe figures.

Masterpiece Prime is def not perfect, and in semi mode not close at all...but Robot mode looks "good enough" standing next to them.

Gotcha. Yeah, the Masterpiece OP we were thinking of is the 10" tall one. The original G1 is a little taller then a GI Joe figure.

I found a few of the 1:18 scale Roadbots, and put some transformers stickers on them. They are the only transforming robots that are in joe scale.

man... I'm stretching here, but around 19 years ago towards the end of the original Transformers line, there were TF's that were in joe scale of the figures, but they were permanently in robot / humanoid mode and didn't transform at all into vehicles, they had rubber bands in their legs..
anyone know what the f I'm talking about? Definitely not making this up.. Bought a few on clearance at some store while visiting an aunt..
