Target keeps your items on computer based on the last 4 of your debit card and item. If you pay by card, then you only need that card. They give cash back if you want, too. Same with TRU and your rewards membership. They have a running tally of all of your purchases and if its within 30 days, you can return it if you used your rewards card.

You have to have joined long ago. There was a secret book with everyone's number listed who was interested. It's like the underground dining organizations. Your neighbor could be part of those wanting a spare liver or spleen, but you'd never know. You must never speak of this again, and I will be editing this post so the feds can't do anything about it.

I'm gonna try returning a ROC viper commando to a Walgreens with a 2 month old reciept. I don't know if it will work, but its worth a try.

I see this all the time where a person sinks all kinds of money into army building or collecting, then turns around and says that they ran into some unexpected bills and expenses.
They then try to sell the figures for a few dollars more than what they paid. (I don't have any issue with this, so PLEASE do not make any scalper comments etc) Most of them time by the time they sell it (if they do at all), some time has passed and I am sure that the unexpected bill or expense has come due. My point: If the item you are selling is still in the package...why don't you just return it to the store? Do people not keep their receipts? I'm willing to bet that the majority of people who post those sales descriptions have multiples of every item they're trying to sell. As for army builders who do this, if they sell the army they've built then I'm sure they had a momentary passion for building the army or they're taking advantage of the other people they know are actual army builders. But, army building has never made any sense to me. When people talk about it, I wonder how many of them are sitting here, moaning about not being able to find enough BATs, but already own 7 of them. Realistically, though, I'm sure people who army build have enough disposable income that they've already ordered 15 of every figure they want to army build from some on-line scalper, like BBTS, that pass themselves off as an on-line resource for collectors. |
