I ordered mine from toysrus for the free shipping. should be here today I hope. Still trying to find a place for it though... most likely it will end up as my son's if I can't find somewhere to display it.

I went to TRU on Saturday and they said they got 2 cases in (4 total) on Wednesday, but some guy came and bought all 4. So, I'll wait, but I am excited because this is one of the SW toys that I never had but always wanted, and now it sounds like it's done up right.

I was able to snag an AT AT at tru last week, along with most of the vintage figs I was interested in.
I have to agree with all the positive talk here. The biggest (ha, pun) feature is the AT AT's size, thing is freaking huge, its like owning a plastic dog. You can cram a ton of figures inside, and even more if you leave the panels open. There are foot pegs all over for you to store your troops in. The speeder bike gimmick does work well, and its extra fun when you have the electronics on. Speaking of that, I have to say the electronics make this beast even more fun! Normally I dislike electronics, but everything I hear seems to be straight from the films! The stomping effects, cannon fire, General Veers, Vader, speeder bike swooshes, it all sounds authentic. Plus the LEDs inside the cockpit are neat, they light up the transparent targeting screen with a blue tone, while showing a red alarm light in the main chamber. And if you leave the electronics switch on, and let it idle, I do believe it still makes faint stomping sounds to signify its alive, and ready! All the detail is there, from panel detail to ladders for your figs to climb on, targeting computers, repelling lines, opening hatches, and a sweet red cockpit window that is transparent. The only complaint I have its the driver fig it comes with has very limited articulation. But I bought an extra legacy driver, so its whatever! Oh, and the new snowspeeder looks great next to it, or flying over it, ready for attack pattern delta, like I make it do!

Mine was delivered to my sister's place in Seattle.Since it's huge, the postal charges to India alone would've gotten me another At-At, so figured if i get it mailed to my sisters', my mom who's visiting her can bring it back with her when she comes back to India in October. So till then I'll have to wait in anticipation and hope my nephews don't do anything stupid..

my impatience got the better of me. When i heard that TRU would be getting them in Vintage packaging, I was a little miffed.
but i got one, so i am cool. The Church of Sam did carry the BA-Millennium Falcon, right? so this may be on shelves eventually, if only as a Holiday draw. if online only, you can do Site to Store and save the S&H charges. If i had the C-notes and room, i would snag 2 more and call the cops because i should get arrested for being that high on (plastic) crack. This thing leaves a bittter taste in my mouth, though. it makes me wonder, how can Hasbro make Epic Awesome Love to the SW fans with this thing (or the AT-TE, the Turbo Tank...) but can't give me a Monster-sized Transformer this cool? lol. it might be just me, but when i pose the legs i feel like a loan shark doing collections. man, those ratcheting legs snap pretty hard and loud. a good thing, i tell ya. "eh, Tony, your ponies didn't make it..." SNAP! "Buster went down in the 3rd round..." Crack! "You really bet on LeBron going to Utah?" Pop! oh, man i told ya this toy still gets me high (on fun.)
