HI all, some of you may have noticed that I had created a custom BA. Part of the reason I did this was because my first BA, like many f us have seen had a stiff arm and when I tried to move it, it broke off....SOOOO... I remeber in the first A-team thread one guy staed that he worked for Jazwars and satted to call them if there was any issues with QC.... So I did just that.... I told them my situtation via there online tool, and one day later they responded with. (06/03)
"Dear Mr. Vellos: Thank you for contacting Jazwares, Inc. Please send us a copy of your purchase receipt along with a pic of the defective figure as well as you address. Best Regards" So today (06/07/10) here is what i got in the mail...

ahh Yes Forgot to mention that My son got to BA first and weopons were not available for this picture. BUT did come with the Figure. ALSO to note I did not come with the Card backing, just the complete figure with weapons.

Thanks for the heads up. Now if I can find my receipt I can get Face replaced. His damn elbow snapped coming out of the package.
