TRU is right next to my gym--so I did my sat workout and took a stroll through TRU afterwards to check on stuff and I saw those.
I didn't pick em up only because I was in my disgusting gym clothes and the lines were waaaaaay too long for me to stand in there like that. I'm goin back later to pick up a few packs--they arent "good figures" by any means, they just reminded me of something I would have had buckets of as a kid...and what I could've used back in the day playing the Marvel Super Heroes RPG (instead of the cardboard pieces). Anyway, I'll pick em up later and probably just toss em at random all over my desk and stuff. Anyone else digging these minimal "action figures"? |

My friend has a bunch on his "random" shelves, they go well with the MUSCLE figures from back in the day. And the Marvel figures I think are on wave 2

On or stopped at wave two. I picked up a few sets at two bucks a pack. Most are pretty detailed for their size. At some point, I'll start using them for something.

Just went back to pick up my 1st pack--7 bucks, I think they could be a buck or so cheaper but I won't bitch about it too much.
I ended up with a few Iron Man, a Hulk, Dr. Doom, Thing, Maestro, Nightcrawler and thats it. I'll be honest, for as small as these things are...really the detail on their costumes and faces is pretty damn good!! Getting a big kick outta these for some reason--I loved M.U.S.C.L.E.s as a kid...maybe that explains it. |

i'm fighting so hard to not get into these...they're Marvel, and M.U.S.C.L.E.'ish, and there's a lot.
They remind me of those old Marvel army men things i had back when i was a kid. but yeah...between all my marvel legends, marvel figure factory, famous covers and general marvel goof'ery, it's just another line of marvel stuff. I'll wait 'till one of you guys gets bored of them and lists them in a trade thread.

My kid has asked for them the last couple times he's gone with me. I thought they sucked but if you guys say they're alright I might spring for some.
