How would you explain the words redeco and repaint to someone who isn't in the toy business?

call it a recolor?
I think repaint should be pretty self explanitory, but if not, just tell them it's the same toy but in different colors. |

In terms of what we've known them as, they are the same. To make a more specific point:
If a toy change it's blue legs to red, but no other detail gets changed, that's now a repaint. If a toy changes plastic colored blue to red, and has added camo paint applied, that's a redeco.
