I have my classic MOTU figures on display in my toy cabinet ,but some of them won't stand up and topple over because the legs are a bit loose after so many years .i was just wondering if anyone has any tips from keeping them standing up let me know ,the old MOTU figures don't have any holes on the bottom of the feet for figure stands ,so this makes it more of a challenge ?

another, not so elegant way to do it, is to tile the figures row after row so that they lean back into each other with the last row holding them up on the wall. There is a danger of a domino effect, but it allows you to display a bunch of them.

When I was 5, I used to dig the feet into my carpet. That worked very well. |

If you lean them forward a bit, it usually does the trick. The posture will be unnatural of course. I would avoid using any glues on a vintage figure that you care about.

If you don't play/change them much I would say glue their feet down to cardboard bases that you can move around. If they're too loose to even stand up, it won't be hurting their value any. An alternative to glue is stuffing strong magnets in their feet holes (It's been so long since I've seen an original MOTU figure I can't remember if they have feet holes or not...) Then you can stand them on metal bases and still keep their playability... I tend to just glue things in place.

Sometimes you can move their arms in strang ways to balance the weight. Really depends on the figure and where the weight of the armor is. Or you could just buy them all spears and staffs to help them stand.
