I've been pretty mesmerized by the classic old Action Jackson commercials from Mego. They have a lot of charm and I decided it might be fun to take a crack at making one of my own. The Action Jackson commercials actually got Mego in a lot of trouble because the early ones showed AJ doing things without a kid performing the action, which is a no-no. I sort of followed that tradition here, but did my best to insure that Jackson was moved in a way that you could tell someone was manipulating him.
I uncovered this never before seen Action Jackson commercial in a mayonnaise jar under Funk & Wagnalls' porch earlier today. Check it out! Infinite Hollywood: Action Jackson Commercial |

It's sort of like the Carl Weather's film, lol. Lots of fighting and fisticuffs.

Man at first I was thinking this was about a whole new Mego toy line or something. Kinda had my hope up there.
Thanks for the fun video. |

No problem, glad you liked it. Nobody has sucked up the rights to AJ just yet, but with all the Megomania going on I wouldn't be surprised to see it happen in the near future.

Who else was impressed at how good a villain Craig T. Nelson (the guy from Coach) was?
Wait, what was the topic again? |

Craig T. Nelson can play everything. From pot smoking family man in Poltergeist to Industrialist villain in Action Jackson
But i'm always impressed how awesome Al Leong is, in every movie he appears: |
