I remember looking for months and months to get Cobra. Had Cobra Officer, just could not find Cobra. And I agree with Troynos, once I found him, I was quite attached to him. Same thing with 4-LOM from Star Wars (now know as Zuckuss)
Star Wars has been particularly bad the last couple of years with a huge gap between releasing product and then dropping 4-5 waves in the course of a couple of months. As an adult collector, I can hardly keep up with that. There have been a few times where my nephew looks at my figures and says "I didn't know they made him." And usually it is one of the figures that just gets lost in the shuffle of too much coming out at once. I can see how a kid would get frustrated trying to collect a line. Spend 50 bucks on 6, maybe 7 figures if you can find them, or get a video game that you can play for hours and hours and have no problem locating a copy of? I think this thread may be bringing me down. :( |
