I've looked all over the internet and still can't figure out who he is? He doesn't have a date or anything stamped on him. He is 3 3/4 inchs and is made in the styling on GI Joes, rubber band in the middle, even the peg holes in the feet look similar. Does anyone have an idea? Also what are some good sites to identify 80's figures? I went to action-figures.ca but they didn't have him. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks!

I remember something comming out in the mid 80's that were bootlegs but had a great Tank, think I still have it--they were called "Gung-Ho"--and if I'm not mistaken, I got some of them from Spencers in the mall.
This guy looks like one of them--not sure though. |
