its the storm and nightcrawler comic pack, which he calls the nightcrawler the "modern variant"

which it is not.

it is the wolverine and the x-men cartoon nightcrawler, thrown in where the real nightcrawler goes, repacked, and being sold. You can even see where he opened the damn package. FAIL.

Here is the thing though, all it takes is for one person not to notice, buy it, and the sellers mission is complete. So I'm sure the seller could care less if people notice, just as long as 1 person comes along and doesn't notice, he will be happy.

Thats a good thing. I definitely don't agree with what he is doing. I am just saying that people like that don't care if 1,000 people look at there item and know its a scam, as long as they find one person who doesn't know any better to buy it.

He may have bought it from the store like that not knowing it was a repack!! I have done that before thinking i got a rare pack only to find out I was scammed.

Garbage.... even if the dude bought it thAT way...not even close to the market price or even close to a reasonable price..(for me anyhow).. but, I hope the auction fails..

read the description.

he knows its a repack

he knows what he did.

he's trying to cover it up.

If it was new or even a "variant" he would not have gone out of his way to say "this is not a custom".

If it was new he would not have said anything about small creases, however he knows he opened it because there are obvious visible creases/tears in the package. look above the bottom right corner (near the bottom of the marvel logo), you can see the card art rip.

If it was new or a variant he would not have gone out of his way to say this either.
