During last Christmas, I happened upon the Unimax Bradely and LAV. I got both since I figured 2 vehicles for the price of 1 Rhino was a good deal, and my Joes need some rides.
Imagine my dissapointment when the vehicles were pretty much just bricks of plastics w/o working holes. The LAV, the USMC troop carrier, did not have a cockpit hole nor a back cargo hole. The turret hole did not let the figure go all the way inside. The Bradely was better since it had a working back hole, but it could have been wider and deeper so more figures could have bee inserted inside. It also needed a hole in the front for the driver and another cargo hole would have been better. The TOW missle launcher aslo needed working holes. |

On a smaller scale - the P90 that comes with Mercenary Wraith needs working holes. I was so excited when I was able to pick up another one, so I can open this other one up and get at the P9. However, Hasbro made it out of proportion and the holes in the trigger and stock are all out of place. Seriously, how is any Joe figure supposed to hold his gun? I can't figure out how the holes work (which is what every girl I've been with says right before they leave).

Not sure about a wider and deeper hole, but a front hole and a back cargo hole is good.

Forget Unimax. You need to invest some cash and get the BBI or 21st Century armor. Check my album for pics of Bradleys and APCs with working hatches. I have the Unimax stuff too, but they're not nearly as cool. And yes, the holes are nice and tight.

I think saying "space for figures in" cockpit, cargo area etc. would suffice. All this mentioning of holes is not necessary and just gets me hot and bothered.

What that APC, to the left of your Bradely - the one with the front and back cargo holes? Is it a BBI exclusive? I've got this thing about purchasing online, but I may have to get over it to score one of those. How's the Blackhawk? I've been really on the fence about it everytime I see it at TRU. I think the there is not enough hole space for GI Joe figures - especially the bigger and thicker ROC dudes. |

are these working hole issues something that a little "lubricant" couldn't fix? Say some WD-40 or something
