In my quest for more diorama pieces that aren't barbed wire and sandbags, I came across something mentioned in another thread (think) and also at my neighborhood hobby shop: Bruder Toys. Check out the real world vehicles and accessories they make that is close enough to 1:18 to use for Joe dioramas (Logistics Set #02414). Now before I get ripped for EXACTNESS of scale, I did say close enough.
And this from Schleich would be great for the Dreadnoks... Wild Life - Animal nursery Sorry, I don't know how to paste images in here. Yo Joe

That looks awesome, but the only problem I have with Schleich is that they are so damn expensive.

I've seen that animal nursery before and it does look cool, but that Schleich stuff is out of my price range.
I like that logistics set, but how do you know what scale it is?

Bruder tends to do their big items in 1:16, so they won't be terribly off with modern Joes. You're not gonna want to park a 1:18 Hummer next to their Jeep or anything, though.

The bigger vehicles work nicely. I want a Unimog real bad, but they're all so expensive. I've seen them at Marshalls and Gabriel Bros for cheaper. I found a garbage truck at a Goodwill a while back. I love these vehicles. I just wish they had doors that opened.

I have been tempted to get the CAT brand toys made for figures. They don't look too far off scale wise.
