Hey all! I found this guy whilst digging through and re-cataloging my Transformers collection. He's a robot figure with a variety of different parts that I think are intended to form two distinct modes. There are parts missing I think and if I remember correctly I got him from a Walgreens type of store many many years ago. I'd appreciate it if someone could tell me who/what it is and what parts are missing.
