If you grew up int he 1970's Megos and Planet of the Apes went hand in hand as a way of life. However by the early 80's most of that era was all but forgotten and sucked up into the void filled by Star Wars and GI Joe. That said, POTA and Mego are still exciting a new to me in a lot of ways. Today we take a look back, all the way to the year 2008... When these reproductions of figures from the late 1970's were at their peak. Up dead ahead, a full review of EMCE's repro Ape Soldier!
