Hey anybody else collect these things besides me? If you don't know what they are, they are supposed to be giant robots designed for space and ground combat. They're pretty cool if you like to build plastic models and they also come as action figures too.

起動戦士ガンダム?
Yes I do (sorta) I am a big 0079 guy but it has been a few months since I have purchased a model or figure. My favorite character is Ramba Ral or Char Aznable & my favorite mobile suit is the Gouf & Agguy (or any of the Gundam's) I have watched almost every series, except for X & Turn-A. IF you love the original series they just started a comic in Japan adding onto the Universal Century (U.C.) timeline called Gundam Unicorn. They have a few animated commercials & just the commercials themselves have gotten a lot of praise. As for the comic itself? It revolves around simular character such as a Char look-a-like. How about you LOUD MASTER? (Is that loud enough?)

I used to collect Gundam model kits. Still have around 20-30 that I haven't even touched in my storage. I only made one model then decided it's too much trouble. I'll wait til my son's older then give it all to him and let him build those models. My fave series are 0079, MS 08th Team and 0083(I think) StarDust Memories. My fave Mobile Suit is the Fin Fannel. I have bunch of MSiAs which are more to my liking since they are small and you don't have to put them together.

I love 08th MS Team. Although it wasn't my favorite because Wing stole my heart, it comes in a very close second for its brutal realism. And you gotta love the First Gundam!

It use to be all about gundam for me. Whenever I had the chance to go to japantown in SF, I would always stop by the hobby store and drool at all the gundam models.
Anywayz, I have all of the 1/100 wing series model plus the endless waltz. Some the V Gundam series and the older f91. Most of these are still unassembled but I don't know when I'll get around to building them. probably never now |

oh yeah F-91 was sweet too! i have a 1/100 from that series also.
for me it was either 1/100 or the action figures. had to keep scale. now i think i remember most of what i have... wing: -figures (wing, wing zero, heavy arms, deathscythe, shenlong, sandrock. wanted an epyon and tallgeese) -1/100 (wing zero, heavy arms custom from endless waltz, deathscythe. maybe more but thats all i remember) F-91: -1/100 heavygun 08th MS Team: -figures gundam, ez-8, GM, hovertruck. -1/100 GM master grade and i'm not sure but i might have something in the form of GP01 from 0083. that and the GM custom were my favorites of that series. the paintball scene was AWESOME! (major props to the bandai/sunrise official website! found all of the above info there in less than 10 minutes! http://www.gundamofficial.com/index.html )
