This truck was the bomb. I didn't have it, but one of my cousins did. I did have the funny car drag racer, as well as some of the other sets from the AP series. Then came Star Wars, and then GI Joe. I still used the AP stuff with my Joes though.

Didn't have that one but I do remember a pretty cool motocycle and sidecar with two figures I had as a kid.

I had a ton of Adventure People toys when I was little. The ones mentioned so far in this thread were a little after my time. But I do remember a safari set, trailblazer w/jeep and canoe, TV reporter van, daredevil sports van, boat with sea sled. Lots of good stuff. I remember little dio-stories on the backs of the packages and I wanted to remake the sets.

Yes, I had many.
The tv news crew, the ambulance/firetruck, the deep sea crew, some of the planes and space stuff. that stuff is super expensive on the secondary market.

I had the boat. I loved playing with it in the pool. This was long before GI Joe.

I had a crap-load of that stuff as a kid. I have 2 of the green and yellow vans, that I got at the thrift store, sitting in my toy case. I know alot of people don't mix GI Joe with anything else but you know what? When you're a kid and you grow up poor, you learn to be very resourceful! My best friend lived down the street with his grandmother and she always bought him new Joe and TF stuff every Saturday (allowance I guess). I was always envious of his pretty Tomahawk, Rock Lords and just about everything else he got. Truth be told, I liked my Adventure People vehicles more than Hasbro vehicles.

I had a few of these. I also had this light blue airplane with a trigger type handle on the bottom. When you pulled the trigger it would make the propellers on each wing spin. The cockpit was just big enough for one Joe figure. Anyone have any idea who made something like this?
