Saw the new price point, and was absolutely disgusted. As far as I can tell, the only difference is the paint job from the original 2005 release, and the 2007 Clone Wars release.
I salute Hasbro's star wars line with an upward pointed middle finger. From here on out I will only buy Original Trilogy items, but only if they are completely new and are pre-Special Edition characters. In fact, my desire to purge all loose Prequel toys from my home, I just traded my ARC170 (with 3 clone pilots & an R2 unit) for a 100% complete Tactical Battle Platform yesterday. |

No, but up until about 2 years ago, I had a butt load of them, and I'd have given them all to you...
Words don't quite describe how nauseating I find about 92% of the Prequel trilogy (and Hasbro's SW merchandise). |

Man I'm just now coming to terms with it myself. Trying to find closer with it is hard. I think it was put perfectly in the start of season 2 of spaced. The main character is dressed like Luke in Jedi and he set fire to a pile of all his star wars toys, comics and stuff because he had just watched phantom menace.

Whenever "Again, a little more intense this time" is the most direction you get from the director, you know it's time to quit. Sorry to hijack this thread for my own personal anti-Star Wars prequel vendetta... Now back to your regularly scheduled program: |

Lantern Lad you are not alone in your pain and outrage. Kinda just wish he'd stick to producing films.
