These reviewers act like these are $100+ import figures.
Opened mine and he's perfectly fine. Also don't get the hate on the peter head as this is generally the same sculpt they always use for comic Peter for the most part. |

I did and laughed at his silly, "click bait" title, given his don't have any of the issues that most have been talking about - and very few seem to experience. When you're on max zoom, pointing out little, minuscule air bubbles on a mass-produced $50 toy, it's either medication time, or you've become a parody of yourself. Shart's sadly become the latter - especially with how serious he presents himself (which I'd initially, wrongly assumed was just his YT gimmick).

I love this figure. I still think 50 is too high... 35 would have made more sense... but I don't regret getting it.

Hulk arrived yesterday. Mixed about this release. I'm glad to have a Keown Hulk in my collection and it's just about what I'd been expecting, a bigassed Legends Hulk that represents the 90's (hopefully there's a professor Hulk on the horizon). Given the Avengers Anniversary was $45, I still think the Thunderclap extras justify the extra $15. The price isn't the issue, it's the decisions. Not a fan of the squishy chest for longevity reasons. I think a butterfly, as ugly and as cutout as it'd look, is the way to go. There's also the concern of paint transfer and warpage for those who store your figures in bins. The toe articulation is unnecessary and makes an otherwise easy figure to stand, difficult at times, especially if you're adjusting other PoAs while he's standing (not a fan of it in general since it always loosens). Then, as Anthony's Customs pointed out in his review, the fact that they didn't paint the wear on the back of the pants (waist and calves) feels like unnecessary penny pinching given the sheer amount of reuse.
This isn't hard to achieve. The arms easily flex inward and can even cross over. The hard part is getting the fucker to stand while doing so, with those toes: ![]() With the other Hulks who share the buck (well most of the buck): ![]()

I was hoping the greens between the 2-pack Hulk and Maxi would be "close enough," so that if the Maxi ever starts to crack/peel, I could pick up another, but the 2-pack's green is a fair bit darker. It bugged me too much.

Yeah, I'll hold out for a future release one will
actually have new tooling with better degrees of joint movement and Pinless joints. The Odd heads and it basically being all old Hulk tooling means the only thing in it for me would be clapping.

I don't know why they didn't just use the new Juggernaut buck for the Maximum Hulk. They're roughly the same size in the comics, but this new Juggernaut figure is going to be quite a bit larger than the Max Hulk.

![]() Juggy's size works for the game (Marvel vs Capcom) which I guess is what they were going for, but not so much outside of it. Hopefully if they do World Breaker (who's overdue for an update), he'll be appropriately bigger.

Wow. So they don't bother finishing painting this in their supposed premium line. Maximum corner cutting. Seems like they just puked this one out to make a quick buck.
