As often happens the build a figure looks cooler to me than any of the actual figures.

As often happens the product they put effort into looks cooler to me than any of the no-effort shit they're using to scam profits with.

A) it doesn't look like the Troll gets elbows any more than the people do.
B) is that shit-head seriously trying to count the front and back halves of the Troll's torso as separate BAF pieces? C) you ever notice how GI Joe from 40-odd years ago still has a toy collecting fandom but nobody talks about any of that unplayable ToddToy statuary shit from the 90s any more? But he?s always been a statue maker parading as a toy maker

I really like that troll. I have to be patient, but I feel these will be Ollie's specials in 18 months from now. Then I can stock up on that troll

I am kind of surprised how many people are drinking the Kool Aide and buying his 7 inch DC figures. I remember people complaining about the scale and now the same people buy whatever he produces. Weird.

You are not lying he has made statues for years or semi-statues or as my gf would call them semi-posable-statues , some of hos stuff from 20 years ago lools beyter tham the stuff hes putting out now .. spawn & thunderhoof that was a great set or even the matrix sentinels or mifune with mech shit from the matrix , so many good sets , i didnt even mind his prince of persia line some of those were really well made ..
"Kool Aide" is an amusingly ironic accusation to throw around given the cult-like mentality that seems to come with being a 1/12th-scale-only collector LOL.

The trolls chest is split in two to fit in the same package space as the other products in the line, otherwise the figure with that part would have to have a thicker bubble.
I'll be passing on this line, I don't even see good custom fodder. The only interesting thing is the BAF. Any info on what the 4th figure in the line is with the legs? |
