I think you're right, looks to be on the same buck as the standard Samus I upgraded to a bit ago. This is the first of seen of the Phazon suit, though.

The Zelda (BotW) and Links (OoT and BotW) are also newer bodies.

Here it is:

Pretty easy to work with. Took paint well, joints are pretty spaced, so I ended up not treating them at all with no rub except at the ankles, and for Sasquatch, the color is close enough not to matter. When I do a Wendigo, I'll probably have to sand a little.

Yeah, sculpted over a hulk head.

As far as the dragon, haven?t seen them in store or online. But I have seen restocks of Axel and the wolf. Maybe if we?re lucky they?ll end up at Ollie?s in a few months

Same thing around where I live but like Ax I'm hoping they'll eventually end up at other stores.
