How many people actually give their kids Hiya toys? It's not like Grandma buying Mega Bloks instead of Legos or Lanard instead of GI Joe. You don't accidentally stumble across Hiya while browsing the Walmart toy aisles.
Second, Hiya toys are clearly marked 15+ and have a "don't feed to babies" image on the packaging. In your world are all parents illiterate morons? Apparently Grandma is really shitty with her money too. She's spending $20-50 on a 4" Hiya toy when she could get 3-4x the amount of product from McFarlane, Spinmaster, Mattel, Hasbro, etc... I said earlier that Hiya and etc don't market them to kids, so TKPrime's anger is kinda moot since the likelihood of such collectibles ending up in the hands of kids is slim at best, but I do understand his viewpoint on it.
