This is where I am now. Limit is two and if there is an officer type, then one to go with them. The right color variation works for me. I ordered the RETRO Viper and already have two of the OG Vipers that came out, so he will be the officer since I skipped the three pack.
Also, only ordered one of the Iron Grenadiers in hopes for a retro version that looks a little closer to the original because the new one looks like a leader type to me.

Declan just fell of a shelf.. his feet are a bit funny like that.. anyway when I picked him up his silver stake on his gun embedded itself into my thumb.. so yeah just be careful with that think it is needle sharp.

2 is not bad, so yeah I'd spend the extra $12 to troop build off monster force, but then again it's just me.

Adult fingers that may not be as nimble as they were four decades ago are not the best pairing w/the various materials used nowadays. That's what I tell myself every time I break something, at least.

Just saw him, genuinely looks like a 60 to 70 dollar value considering the accessory count.

I absolutely love it, but high ask to attend just to get those pre-orders in. I fear that there wouldn't be any left for the BBTS listings; but if it does, definitely a impulse buy for me, no questions asked.

Hoo boy, buckle in... also, I photographed the hell out of him, so if it was a decade or so ago, it might have been me that recommended that 4-inch Hellboy.

Whatever the case, there have been many, many Hellboy figures in a ridiculous number of scales, styles, and form factors, from Mega Construx to quarter-scale. And yeah, unfortunately, they're all pretty pricey these days.

The Mezco One:12 figure based on the 2019 movie (which I obstinately refuse to watch) is pretty dope, and for years it was available at retail ("retail" being eighty bucks), but now it's going for $120+.

He photographs well and scales well with Monster Force, Joes, etc.:

(I hate that the Plasma Series figures are a smaller scale than Classified, but it works well for pairing them with Hellboy)

But the (many) older Mezco figures based on del Toro's films scale even better with Classified and MF, 'cause Hellboy should tower over normal dudes:

There was also an entire series of figures in the style of Mignola's artwork, and it might be the greatest toy series of all time, but oof, they are pricey AF these days, and you may find him too stylized for the mostly realistic Monster Force aesthetic:
