I recently started getting into these. Man do they look good in hand. I'm not a huge NECA fan when it comes to human sculpts, but they exceed at alien sculpts.
I also took the plunge on the NECA 1:4 scale Big Chap alien that Walmart now has available for under $100. It won't go with the rest but it'll definitely stand out at 22" tall. |

I just started collecting the Predators and they are pretty fantastic. My one complaint is that the blades on their wrist gauntlets are easy to break. So far, I have the Jungle Hunter Predator and the two City Hunter Predators (Original and Battle-Damaged). I also have a few of the horror Neca figures (Jason, Michael Myers, Freddy, Leatherface, and Pinhead). Neca makes pretty good figures. I love the paint apps that go into them.

I've got the next wave of Predators on pre-order (Elder, Snake, Boar, etc...) and am going back and grabbing the ones I missed that are still available and not ridiculously expensive. I'm not collecting the Alien stuff... I love the film and the look of the Xenomorph, but I've never liked it in toy form. I have a few from the McFarlane Movie Maniacs line and, while I know those have a lot less articulation than the Neca ones do, I still didn't like displaying them. They just don't wow me, like the Predators do.
