When you make your first wave of action figures, especially as an independent company, it might not come out perfect. Instead of making the factory redo it like 40 times, you put them out as-is and learn from the errors of the initial line, fixing it in subsequent waves. Marauder did it, Boss Fight did it, and he should do it. But it's too late now.

Hope its short enough. Seems that at least he is communicating on FB but its incredible how he didn't provide some updates on KS. FB is not the center of the world.

I was one of those, his respond was a simple no. I reply thank you for the answer and then he respond to that. That day I put this project in the trash bin.

This is not true. Marauder *ate* the entire first production run of their figures, which is why both that first KS *and* the first BFS figures were delayed. Neither company sold figures that were defective, and there were never any defective BFS figure runs that I'm aware of.
