I'm guessing it will be mostly 1:12 scale. I'd like to see re-released 1:18 including some vehicles. I regret not getting some of the German and Soviet stuff after going all-in on the Marauder WWII line.

There's no way the mainline figures aren't 6" scale to go with their Marvel Legends, Star Wars Black, G.I. Joe Classified, Power Rangers Lightning Collection, Fortnite Victory Royale and Ghost Busters Plasma lines. That scale is Hasbro's bread and butter now, and for the most part they're very good at it. As long as we ignore the Overwatch Ultimates line.
If they are gonna do a kids line with it though, it'll be Mission Fleet scale. That 2.5 seems to be the next big thing going forward. And the "chibi'd" figures make them more palatable for overbearing parents who don't want their kids enjoying anything "violent" or "aggressive". Not wanting to derail the thread or get off topic, but I would happily take any Star Wars story done by those three. I'm not the biggest Star Wars fan to begin with (I check out if the story focuses too much on old men in bathrobes with flashlights) but those three seem to understand how much actual fun stories you can get from the universe of Star Wars. |

That was the best part.
The story had to go there at some point. I thought it might come later. I actually thought that episode would have been a great place to end The Mandalorian. Have it be a great two season show. Leave it at that. Would have been a great place to stop. |

6' Indiana Jones would be so pointless to me.
I'd get like Raiders Indy and Temple of Doom Indy and want nothing else. Indiana Jones really needs vehicles, horses playsets to be a worthy line imo. You could almost say that about Star Wars but Star Wars on the other hand has thousands of cool designs/characters that at least look cool in 6". There's always new ones to be made and wanted. |

With a line like Indy, you don't go in expecting a multi-decade, ever expanding franchise. You expect some of the main heroes, some of the main villains (though I am curious how they'll handle Nazis) and maybe throw in some oddball esoteric reference figures to some forgotten media releases (The Young Indiana Jones Chronicles?). Much like Ghostbusters, expect this to have some media furvor due the movie, get a few waves of figures out fairly quick, then slowly peter out of existance |

The ending works fine if you ignore the Sequel trilogy, as it takes place after the OT ended. Now that the open war with the Empire is over Luke is on a mission to rebuild the Jedi order or something like that. It's a good glimpse of other moving parts of the universe at large, bringing all the elements of the world together, without damaging the legacy the OT built up.....which is exactly what the sequel trilogy ended up doing.

.....fair enough, that face was a bit creepy. Should've just recast him tbh. His son, Sebastian Stan, already seemed willing to take up the part.
