I will hold out for an F35. I can’t look past the wrong engines on the F22 toys to try and pass them off as an F35 on my Flagg

The Soldier Force F-35's are popping up at Family Dollar. Sets are $20. Family Dollar is currently running a buy one, get one 75% off promotion.

Xmas is near, so at Sam's Club, made a point to look for their army figure sets and saw Soldier Force figure & vehicle/mecha sets and one had a F-35 in the upper left corner.
What's the quality and durability of those? Very tempted to buy one and price isn't bad at $35. I think the F-35 I saw at Target as a jet by itself probably didn't look as good as this Soldier Force one. Watched a youtube review of what was a Kid Connection F-35. Not exactly sure which I saw at Sam's Club because the video said the Soldier Force one is smaller and also mentioned something about an Adventure Force/Team F-35 so I'm guessing this is Chap Mei under multiple brand names. The underside looks crude and bad, but it was called the best F-35 toy so far and fits a figure inside. Last edited by ohtani; 11-30-2021 at 04:44 AM.. |

This sounds interesting and worth a look. Does anyone have a link to this soldier force product?

The youtube reviewer said he got his from UK as Adventure something. Now that my initial obsession cooled down a bit, I might buy it if I see the F-35 by itself or might skip it due to the underside not looking great. I do like the ability to fit a figure in the cockpit. It's not an easy no brainer purchase for me. |

Thanks for that link. Hmm it looks interesting. I think worth getting and repainting a bit. Would like to have the canopy clear ideally

I have just watched the video properly. I don't think I can get past the bottom and the landing gear. Also it is hard to find. I saw it for $60 and it is not worth that.
A good start - lets keep looking and hoping |

I went back to Sam's Club and they only had one F-35 box set left and it was hidden in the back.
I did try to look and feel for the bottom and it was the weird landing gear like the youtube review. The canopy was nice and closed nicely, but the inside was pretty much no effort to do anything, but that's cool if you just want it to hold a figure. |
