As the backer total slowly creeps towards the 159 goal to release the ADAPT Tactical trooper I find I need some sort of "in the meantime" fix to keep me excited. Its going to be a long wait until these figures are in hand. Any ideas what the guys could do to keep us going?

Will another issue of the comic do it? Definitely need something PLEEASEEEE

More comics would be great! As a comics fan, I actually prefer comics more than cartoons or movies. But one thing I wish they would do is make videos or live streams keeping us up to date on the progress. For example, I really like how Bobby Vala (Valaverse Action Force) does livestreams showing us prototypes, paint samples, announcements, etc. This is something I would love to see from CS Longbow. This is also needed to keep current backers up to date and also bring in new fans and grow the brand.

I really love CS Longbow and believe it has the potential of exploding into something big, but I really think they need to be more active online, especially with videos and live streams.

Yes, and CS Longbow really needs to show us more. I have yet to fill out my backerkit because I keep waiting for more reveals. I just find it very hard to select more when there is no additional artwork to go along with the figures. We have only 1 character with card art revealed. As I don't plan on actually opening what I buy, I would like to see the art work first.

I agree with this also--^^ I told Troy and John this in person at Joefest, that we want more comics & entertainment and that we also need way(s) to keep plugged in and maintain the enthusiasm for the next 2+ years while product is being manufactured. In the 80's product simply showed up on shelf and then continued to do so every 3-4 months as new waves arrived on pegs. If CS: Longbow hopes to have a successful backing on round 2 they are going to need to keep people enthusiastic about the brand. One comic and a handful of product shots isn't going to do that. I'll always support worthy o-ring efforts, but if I have to wait 2+ years between showings I won't get invested in the brand. I'll simply fire and forget the purchase and hope for whatever morsels Troy & John give us via social media.

Well the good news is there are a lot of out of work comic writers and artists right now and more to follow if the rumors of DC outsourcing its comic publishing bear fruit. Now would be a good time to snatch up some talent to make Longbow comics.

Well said - really need a fix every month or so to keep us excited and informed. 2 years is a lot of waiting time and the heat for the product ca n quickly cool.
