Dang! I wonder if they forgot to pay the bill? Their app is still up and running.

I'm keeping my fingers crossed. The order I mentioned on page 3 left a Ship Monk facility in PA and is now in my state. Its scheduled to be delivered Saturday.

There is a pic circulating of an “available for lease” sign on the Megalopolis building, and it’s EMPTY. Cleared out. All gone.

Word on the street is bankruptcy.

So I DID win my dispute with them through Discover. They basically just sat on the dispute and waited for the clock to run out on it. Since they never responded, I won (I would have won either way). The fact that they never responded, and dragged it out even longer, just another shameful act by these clowns. I blasted them online and filed a complaint with the better business bureau.

Also, they have 143 complaints filed against them with the better business bureau. Ridiculous.

No kidding tk. It really is shameful. I am going thru the dispute process for an order too and I’m sure they won’t respond. I was thinking it would be easy to find the district attorney in that county and call their office to make sure they know this turned into a fly by night operation.

Why not, PAY SOME ONE WITH A DEGREE IN BUSINESS, THE FAIR AMOUNT OF MONEY DESERVED, TO MOTIVATE THEM TO RUN YOUR COMPANY?
Instead of starting something up, only to run it into the ground.
And to smalljoes,com, if you are reading, whoever decides to disregard inquiring customers, and thinks that is good for business, has a brain tumor needs checking.

Cory at SmallJoes is quite the tool I hear.

Well, I consider myself really fortunate that most of my order came today. I ordered a bunch of BFS Blanks that they were clearing out and received 11 out of 12 of them. I think I'll call the missing one the cost of my free shipping...

They were kind enough to include a Toy Overlord Pin mates "wooden collectible" and a wooden Holztiger rhino (WTF!?) in the box. Fortunately, the rhino is my spirit animal so I'm going to consider it a win.
