Thats not a bad idea. Im most likely going to buy that two pack or a couple of them I just don't really want the conscript grunt that much.

I've seem multiple Walmart with literal walls of Halo product. Like they put out their entire stock to make up for lack of everything else lol

Same here. One of the walmart's halo was packed. Should have just been the halo aisle. That is one way to sell product though. Get all your shit to walmart when no one else is and give the consumer no choice but yours.

I picked up the Spartan Mk. V [B] yesterday (the blue one which came with an Elite). My biggest beef with the figure is that the hips have constrained range of motion. That is to say, there doesn't seem to be enough clearance in the pelvis for the legs to move properly; the upper leg rubs against the pelvis cavity. You can move the legs forward into a seated position, but it sort of "locks" there and you can't get most poses in between. If you try to move the leg outward, then it tends to unseat from the ball joint, and can sometimes be removed altogether.

Anyone else have this experience? Anybody have an idea on how they might fix it? I think that one could either Dremel down the pelvis cavity area some more to create more clearance for the legs; or, one could try to file down the upper "corner" of the legs so they fit within the pelvis area better, but those both sound like a lot of work.

Otherwise, great figure, except for his *gigantic* gun. Is that a Covenant gun? Looks like a Brute weapon.

I've seen some tutorials on fixing the ROM in the hips. I'll see if I can find them again.

It's a Brute rifle. You can tell by the giant frikkin' blade.
