Yeah, that's purty sweet. Do the doors open? And if they do, scissor-doors?

No. I had to cut the floor out to get them to fit, but it still is operational. Destro and Baroness have been up and down the cul-de-sac many times!!!

Ahhhh, the old cut the floor out trick! That reminds me of a friends truck I used to ride in, you could see the ground through the rotted out floor board, lol

Haha! I had some cheap Nikko dune buggy thing as a kid that I added Moray seats (I think...might have been Joe HQ seats) to, which I then rubberbanded my Joes into. It was all super-awesome til I wrecked it in the woods and lost Mutt.

There is a very cool Lambo in 1:24 from Burago which would make a great Batmobile. for some reason they only have it in 1:24 scale

1:14 BMW i8 converted to Robocop Police Cruiser. Doors open individually using the remote. Lights also work. The only thing weird is the front lights go in when moving forward and back ones when moving back.

So I got my 1/16 “static” Heng Long Sherman tank in the mail today. It was about half the price of the rc version and I mainly wanted a display piece for my US troops. Well when I took the tank from it’s box it felt a little heavy. I decided to open the tank up and was pleasantly surprised to find its equipped with all the electronic components and motor. All I need is a battery and radio controller hopefully. Has anyone else bought one of these static models?

I'm actually looking to get into RC helicopters but I can't figure out what "scale" I should be looking at to get close to 1/18 or 1/16.
I'm trying to get helicopters that are typically too big for that scale in static form like CH53, etc |

Anyone of you guys use 1:16 Rc stuff for combining with your Joes or 3.75 figures? This year has been really quiet 1:18th scale wise. . . . .
I got a JJRC Man KAT1 (A German military truck) and stripped out the motor. Looks cool. --------------------- (1:16) M35 military truck I don't even know what this is but it looks cool. Russian Ural military truck The companies I found making the 1:16 stuff was WPL, JJRC, MZ Youtube channel showing the stuffs https://www.youtube.com/user/exareto...able_polymer=1 -------------------- I also found some 1:16 tanks from Heng Long, but those are pricey. Since I don't really have much to do this year because we're in the sale doldrums before Summer, I've been doing RC conversions on Bruder trucks with the rest of the guys in the shop. |
