Ouch. Does that mean you’re going to hate all my future customs that use Marauder parts? Haha

I'm really glad you guys get your missing parts plus other free items. I would be happy if I simply got what I paid for in the first place. But I guess it's hard to do that. It would be nice to get my missing parts, but so far.... crickets....

Haha, no man I’m just messing with you. I know you’re a reasonable person. I do wonder how Marauders current ordering issues will affect future business

I'm quite fond of their figures and accessories so far. Their exo suit is a great addition to my collection.

With the success of the K9/Contractor-Ops/Agency-Ops Kickstarter and now the "Theodore" head and suit, people have just gone crazy with orders. Which is a good thing. Marauders is a small business with few employees. Now, with the WWII Kickstarter products coming in later this year (Summer/Fall), I do not see them getting caught up any time soon. Understand, though, this is not a complaint at all. I'm happy they have that much business. As far as issues with items missed or incorrect on orders, I must luck out with my orders because the only issues I've had with Marauders has been with maybe a color change on a Kickstarter item (Valkyrie Recon Ops T-shirt torso) which was universal across the board, or an extra Backerkit item being missed from my main order. Anything I have ever ordered from the website has come in correct. But for any issues some of you may have experienced, I'd like to remind you, they are a small business, and I may be incorrect here, but I'm pretty sure Marauders is a "side business." I don't think MJ or Rueben make their living off of Marauder's sales, so as busy as they are, I'm sure they are doing the best they can. I agree with everyone who has commented that Marauders is the best thing to happen to 1:18 action figures in a long time! Jason |

Marauder items are excellent, and every bit as addictive as Joes, and certainly better quality than most 25th figures. My only gripe and caveat would be to make sure they have everything in stock that you intend to purchase before you get into it, as there is a lot missing at the moment that has left me stranded on figure builds until they re-stock which will be anywhere form 2 to months from now which is hugely disappointing. They are focusing on their new items and that ties up their factory understandably, but they have let stocks on older items deplete before they new run. Hopefully it is all squared away soon, but for now I'd suggest grabbing what you can while you can. Especially guns and accessories you may want or need. I cannot fault the service so far though.

Another bit of advice for out of stock items; keep in mind that figures like the solid blue and the Recon-Ops (camo) figures are hot "army builder" items. So once they become available online, you better grab up what you want or you'll be waiting again for some time.

Someone asked about order delays on their Facebook page and when orders would no longer have such a long wait. I answered that I was not being facetious at all, but I would expect the delays to be the norm for the rest of the year.

It irritates the crap out of me how many of those posts reek of entitled crybabying. There's a way to word the question that doesn't come off as asserting the GunRunners are incompetent, lazy, or apathetic but a lot of 'fans' are unable to accomplish that simple act.

I ordered my dogs and received a canned disclaimer with my order confirmation. Based on my previous experience I already expected the process to take at least a week until I received shipping confirmation for my order but it's nice they are up front about the delay.
"ATTENTION: Due to the AMAZING response to the release of our new MTF items and the ASTOUNDING order volume received in such a short period of time, we are experiencing an approximate 20 (TWENTY) day delay in PROCESSING and SHIPPING orders. AGAIN...an APPROXIMATED 20 (TWENTY) Day DELAY. We are working extra hours & weekends to try and get caught up, but want to give you notice about the considerable expected delay in shipping your order. To help make amends, we are adding a 2nd FREE bonus accessory item to the "regular" single Marauder GR FREE bonus accessory added to each order. THANK YOU for your support AND patience! NOTE: if any delay is a problem, PLEASE let us know NOW and we will IMMEDIATELY cancel your order and refund your FULL payment. That way we can all avoid ANY situation BEFORE it becomes a problem! Thank you! " |
