Thanks Itch! I’ve been steadily building up a Megatron collection and I’m almost done.

Where do you keep all those Transformers, anyways? Those things can eat up space real quick.
Snagged some Remco figures off eBay this week. I'm still coming to grips with the fact that these are old enough and uncommon enough to be considered "collectibles" now... I've retouched the silver paint apps on the blue-suited guy and the dude with the Scrap-Iron lookalike helmet. Paint wear is no worse than average, and the overall conditions are good; not that many loose joints, and no broken thumbs. A little internal damage to the gold dude since gold plastic tends to be brittle, but I've repaired the worst of it and he holds together alright. And he has his detachable gear!

I use the 3 tier stand that Smalljoes sells for use in a Detolf. The combiners and other big bots go on top of the case. Which line are the Remco figures from. I want to say American Defense but it's been a long while since I've seen any of those figures in retail.

I believe those are the American Defense line. I remember getting a lot of them (And the original Torpedo/Tripwire/Snow Job mail-in figures!) at a Sears Surplus store back in the day.

Most of them are from U.S. Forces from what I've found, but at least one or two appear to be from American Defense. A couple of them are still unidentified since it's hard to find a lot of detailed info on these. (The names I've found are with the pictures on Flickr.) And yes, gold dude's plastic is brittle; in addition to the screw thread on his inside front torso, his right shoulder just broke earlier this evening right above the rivet. I've glued it back together and it looks like it will hold, but I'm sure it won't be the last thing to break. His knees were real tight, so I opened up his legs and filed down his knee pin and hinge slightly to reduce strain.
