So there’s gonna be another drift beside the ATK and carded ones? Is he a repack or is he a different tier?

Drift and raptor are repacks along with 3 repaints in the target set.

He's a repack. The brochure says he's new, so it might be a different paint job. I haven't pulled the original out to compare yet.

Drift’s only editable styles are his clothes, you can’t change color on him. You can on Catalyst (female version of Drift) though

My guess is when Jazwares says "new" they just mean a new release.

Just going by the photos of the five-figure collector's set, Draft and Raptor look like straight repacks from their earlier releases.

I watched a YouTube review of that set. Drift and Raptor are straight repacks, nothing changed.

Do we know yet how to get the Jetpack?

I'd really love to see a master list of all the backpacks, which sets they're in and which characters they go with. I'll try keep working on putting that together.
