I don't have any MTF to test but the Fortnite ones I have, have popped onto Modern Joe Balljoints necks with no conversion necessary I think MTFs are the same size.

The sockets on the few heads I have were bigger than the Fortnite pegs - easily fixed with some plumber's tape. The problem I had was that the sockets aren't deep enough. So some dremmeling is required to deepen the sockets to prevent giraffe neck.
