FYI, I asked on Jazwares FB page about the difficulty finding the figures online and they pointed me to Gamestop.

"Distribution has been difficult for retailers worldwide at the moment. Gamestop would be your best bet right now to check in terms of availability. Hope that you can find some figures soon!"

Sure enough, I checked Gamestop's website and they have a bunch of newish Solo Mode (Fennix, Paradigm, Fishstick, Black Ice King, Triggerfish, Unpeely, etc). Also, solo Grotto Henchman with a 27 Jan availability date.

Preternia has some blurry pics of London toyfair. Looks like there is a new format coming. Hard to tell if it is a replacement for Hot Drop or some other deluxe type figure.

I found the latest wave of Fortnite figures at Walmart yesterday. Picked up Grotto Henchman, but they had Sludge, Unpeely, Riptide and Frozen Fishstick. Didn't see Paradigm.

I ordered Paradigm from Gamestop a month or so ago. She came fairly quickly. I saw her a few weeks ago at a Miejer (midwestern Super Target type store). Still need to find Riptide.

The 3.75" Solo Mode line is what I'm referring to. It's possible they rename the series, but the most recent single pack figures (Fennix, The Paradigm, Sludge, etc. and any figures prior to that) are all discontinued, so stores will only get what remains out of distribution centers. I can take a pic of it the next time I go to work, but I think it's pretty obvious something has changed in the marketing for the newer single packs to not be arriving at stores, especially when other Jazwares products are.

you're conflating discontinuing a character figure in a wave with a toy line.

this is how waves in a toyline work. they release a wave of 8 characters for a certain amount of time, then a new one comes and they dont release the last wave anymore. this is why you didnt have chuckles figures from 1987 released during 1991 snake eyes' wave from the gijoe line.
