Cool. You had not edited it to include the items so I wasn’t sure. Hope my Target gets them soon.

Big Fortnite score at Target today. I picked up the Target exclusive Christmas 3-pack, the food fighter 4-pack, and the party 5-pack. No vehicles or diorama packs yet. I found the Kit llama pack at Walmart.

In terms of popularity. They got a media in the form of the game (joe cartoon in the 80's) driving a toy line (joe toys in the 80's). Its almost the same thing. If fortnite gets some kind of cartoon or movie the brand will explode. That goofy little white guy that is in all the trailers and such is the brand's Snake Eyes. Jonesy I think his name is.

Might be bold, but it seems to be true. Over 150 figures, over 40 accessory sets, about 12 vehicles, and over 10 diorama/playsets. You might say they have not released enough vehicles to match G.I. Joe and that is true, but Hasbro had unlimited possibilities for vehicles whereas Jazwares has to work within the confines of what vehicles are in the Fortnite game. All that stuff was released in 33 months, just under 3 years.

When you think about it, Hasbro released 154 G.I. Joe figures in 5 years, from 1983-1987

In recent years, no one has released a 4" action figure line like Jazwares has with Fortnite. They have the license for another 4 years. Hopefully the brand will stay popular so we can get several hundred more figures.

They just finished a comic book run from DC and have another 1-shot coming this fall. The game designer said that some sort of tv/streaming series is coming in future. For a four year old game, it is still very popular.
