That's McFarlane doing the 6" figures. JazWares showed nothing new for 18th whatsoever, afaik.

Yeah, definitely heat the entire leg up before pushing the knee rivets out. I believe I had to do the same thing with my Omega, iirc.
Jaz showed off at ToyFair the same stuff currently on the pegs, with no news or announcement of future product. But they apparently play things close to the vest if their history with the AssCreed figures is indicative. Many of the figures lend themselves to repaints, but few lend themselves to army-building; which is what's really behind the current glut, imho. Quote:
Did you happen to see if any of the larger sets (like the 4-pack or the set with the large amount of building materials) also went on clearance?

That doesn't sound like a good sign, but at the same time, Walmart has sometimes put product on clearance in the past just to go back to normal price later--like with Star Wars 3.75'' TBS in 2017. Some locations selectively clearance while others don't. So I guess it could go either way.
Did you happen to see if any of the larger sets (like the 4-pack or the set with the large amount of building materials) also went on clearance? P.S. I do play Fortnite and its a great game. |

After what we seen in the toyfair with all those 6" figures... do you think the 1:18/4" Fortnite figure line is dead? no more 1:18/4" Fortnite figures in the future?

Oh, and I finally got around to popping the knee rivets on Omega and switching around his kneecap orientation. The rivets can go in and out of the knee joint in either direction. You can pry the joints apart to pop the rivets like you can with Joes. However, the lower knee rivet could fairly easily be pushed out without any prying. The upper knee rivet fits much tighter, and had to be pried rather than pushed. This was a little bit more stressful since it looked like the knee assembly might start to tear if pried too far apart. Once I had the kneecap in its proper orientation, it did make a noticeable improvement...instead of being a little wobbly both above and below the kneecap, it became a little wobbly below the kneecap only. This was easy to remedy with a bit of nail polish on and inside the lower knee joint before re-assembling it. Now he's nearly perfect--definitely an improvement from his out-of-the-package state.

I asked Jazwares last week via Facebook. They said they will probably make new waves. I asked about two specific characters and their answer was "always possible as we plan to release new items in the future."
Off course only guy asking around is not sufficient. I suggest you do the same as me if you are interested.

Can’t believe we won’t get at least one more wave. The first wave sold well initially.
