Do you have any of the little folded inserts that are packed in with the figures? Those have pictures of all the various weapons and backpacks. They also pack those inserts into the loot crates, so if you bought a loot crate, it should have come with one.

Haha. There is that. The crates and some of the sets come with a checklist that has names and pictures. Those crates are pretty steep for what you get at $10 though.

Yeah, I think they put too much budget into the chest itself, and although they're nice, they're way out of scale to use with the figures. At least it's a clever way to make the packaging functional.

Yeah, I got home Friday and fully opened the *second* crate to see the packs are all shown on the flyer - which I'd obviously forgotten from the *first* crate I'd gotten.

Well, you still have a valid point that pictures on the package itself would be nice. Otherwise you either have to have purchased a product beforehand to get the insert, or Googled ahead of time to see what they looked like. Finding out that a "drum gun" was a Tommy gun sold me instantly on that set.

Yeah, that's my fear. I've been killing myself trying to come up with more customs ideas but the uniqueness of the molds that make them so awesome right out of the package actually works against re-using a lot of them.

Any of you guys tried popping the rivets on a knee joint on one of these figures? I picked up Omega yesterday, and it looks like his right knee was installed upside-down. It works, but there's a bit too much play. The left knee, which is inverted compared to the right, is fine. I'm curious if it is worth trying to pop the rivets to rotate the knee joint.

Any news on another wave? They sold brilliantly at Christmas, but I think Jazwares pretty much blew their load then. There aren't really that many unique items in the line, so I'm guessing most people who were interested in them probably got most of what they want already and sales won't really pick up until (if) any new figures hit.

Yeah, definitely heat the entire leg up before pushing the knee rivets out. I believe I had to do the same thing with my Omega, iirc.

Jaz showed off at ToyFair the same stuff currently on the pegs, with no news or announcement of future product. But they apparently play things close to the vest if their history with the AssCreed figures is indicative. Many of the figures lend themselves to repaints, but few lend themselves to army-building; which is what's really behind the current glut, imho.
