A freind of mine did this with a Carbide figure and a raginspoon Rock n Roll head, making a really nice, no-paint custom Star Brigade RnR... I really like it and will probably copy it.

POC-like/unique take on Candy/Bongo the Balloon Bear!

In an alternate universe years later, Candy is accepted by G. I. Joe and becomes an undercover infiltrator! There’s always a spoiled, bratty Cobra Officer’s kid in need of some balloons...
