Looks to be somewhat based on the old Ontos USMC vehicle (Rifle, Multiple 106 mm, Self-propelled, M50).

Nice video Patricio! I've got a couple of very similar Chap Mei Police Force versions of this little tank. The main difference besides the color scheme is a singular, spring fired rocket launcher on the top which gives the figure in the back more room.

Yes it had a driver. The Ontos was small but had a three man crew. It was developed in the 1950's for airborne units, but the US Army lost interest but the US Marine Corps ordered a few hundred. It saw action in the Vietnam War but was retired in 1969.

The hull on this one is Chap Mei's version of the German Wiesel airborne vehicle. The Ontos type armament looks like it's based on the recoilless rifle mount on the Chap Mei boat. Too bad they only did four guns on this instead of the proper six.

Looks like a nice clone of the Chap Mei piece. It would be nice if these could be obtained here in the USA.

Thank you, yes, these manufacturers recycle a lot of their molds and just change one detail here and there, colors, logos and accessories.

If there is a Chap Mei early version then this one is bootleg, because as I tell in the video the manufacturer is Happy Line Limited but names is not something to look at since these manufacturers seem to change names after every batch of toys they produce. They do not show the name of the company in the box but I know this information thanks to importer label which has all this information.
