I recent purchased a G1 reissue Starscream and couldn't believe how difficult applying the stickers was! Half of them didn't properly fit the surfaces they were supposed to cover and the other half were difficult just to get off the sticker sheet. I realize that this is a 7 year old toy but I can't remember the last time applying stickers to anything was nearly so challenging--and I always really like applying the stickers! After a lot of work I'm happy with the final product, but what a raging pain.
Anyone else have this problem too? Are there any other G1 Transformer reissues (other than the other jets) that have such bogus stickers? |

I usually pick and choose what stickers to apply. I remember the cars being good with the stickers. I thought the "eye" stickers on the jets was just stupid (Even back in the old days)

And that eye sticker was one of the toughest to apply and get to stick to the face area. |

yeah applying stickers is very fustrating sometimes because you just want them to look perfect, whenever i buy something that needs sticker applying or if im using repo's i wait to apply them when im in a relaxed mood, got to be patient because there is alweys a sticker that doesnt want to stick or getting it off the sheet is a pain.

Now that I'm getting back into Transformers collecting (G1 at least), I'm starting to remember that the Joe stickers were a hell of a lot easier to apply, by and large. |

Yeah, I'm pretty lazy about stickers. I didn't apply any stickers to my G1 re-issues yet. They still look good w/o them! Same goes to my new Joe vehicles. One of these days...

you wouldnt believe me how many time I had to trim the decals on joe/transformers just to make them look right. I seriously hate die-cut decals sometimes.
